You can use the search bar that appears on every page to search for your desired activity type, location and preferred dates. From the search results click an activity to view more information about that activity and to make a booking.
To make booking:
Click the 'book now' button on the activity page.
Select the date/s you would like to participate in the activity, then click next.
Choose the time you would like the activity to start, by clicking the booking date, then selecting a time slot from the different choices, then click 'accept'
Choose the number of people the booking is for from the drop-down menu, click 'finish' (or click 'next' if the activity includes accommodation)
If the activity includes accommodation, select your preferred options, or don't select any if you do not require accommodation, click 'finish'. (or click 'next' if the activity includes extra services)
If the activity includes extra services, please select the required services, then click 'finish'
Next you can either book another activity by clicking 'keep looking', or click 'checkout' to proceed to checkout.
Next you will be required to login or sign up if you haven't already.
Then add your credit card details to make a secure payment and complete the booking.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed the payment, we will send you an email confirmation of your booking.
I have booked an activity but I have not received a confirmation by email, what next?
If the booking confirmation is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder to ensure the confirmation email is not in there. If you still cannot find it, please double check the email address you registered on the Thrilio website.

How does accommodation work?
Some providers of activities can provide accommodation, usually for an additional fee. This will appear under the 'accommodation' heading on activity offer pages, where you can find more info about the accommodation, photos and the cost per night.
If you want to book accommodation, you can select it during booking process when booking the activity, then the fee for the duration of the stay will be added to your cart total at checkout.
If you do not require accommodation, please just leave the selection blank.
How can I get directions to the activity location?
On activity offer pages, you can see a Google map for the approx location of the activity. Once you have made a booking, the provider will contact you, and then you can ask them for more precise directions.
What is the final Price?
The price you see you on an activity offer page is the price for the minimum amount of time that activity can be booked for. This can vary depending on the activity, but may be quoted in hours, days, or weeks.
Therefore, the total cost may be more than displayed on the offer page depending on how much time you booked for the activity for.
E.g., if a 1 hr surf lesson is priced at 30 usd and you select 2 hours, the total will be 60 usd
You can view the total cost for all the activities you have selected before paying, by clicking the suitcase icon in the top right corner on every page, or on the checkout page.
Do I need to pay anything additional when I start the activity
For some activities, you only need to pay 9% of the total cost when paying on Thrilio, the remainder of the cost should be paid in person to the provider after you have completed your activity.
Some activities require full payment upfront on Thrilio, before you can complete your booking.
You can see this the checkout screen, when the 'total' and 'pay now' numbers are displayed.

Cancellation and refund
Yes, you can. Each activity may have different cancellations terms as determined by the provider, so please see the cancellation policy on the activity offer page. You can contact our support team for help with cancellation/changing the dates.
How do I receive my refund?
You will receive your funds to the card that you made payment from.
