These terms of service are for this website thrilio.com(Also referred to as Thrilio) and served by Game Of Shred Private Limited and govern the terms for users who choose to use it.

Age restriction

Only users older than 18 years old are allowed to use Thrilio

What we do for you

The website provides a platform for letting riders and instructors book lessons and services in action sports.

What we don’t do

We don’t process or store any bank cards or account numbers. In order to process payments, the 3rd party service stripe is used.

Lesson management

A lesson bundle(also referred to as bundle) is a set of lessons belonging to a single school's/coach's plan and is purchased in one transaction.

Arranging lessons

In order to make a booking, a client must send a booking request to a school/coach. The request must be sent not later than 25 hours before the earliest lesson in the bundle. The school/coach has up to 14 days to respond to the request. If the school/coach hasn't responded to the client's request within 14 days or the school/coach hasn't responded by 12 hours before the first lesson, the request will be canceled by the service. The school/coach has the right to reject the whole request or only certain lessons in the bundle. If the school/coach approves at least one of the lessons in the bundle, the client booking request moves to "Awaiting payment" state. The school/coach and client have the right to reject the booking at any time before the booking is paid.

Paying for lessons

After the school/coach has approved the request, the client has up to 14 days to pay for the booking. The payment must be received within 14 days or 12 hours before the first lesson, otherwise the whole request will be canceled by the service. All payments are made through 3rd part service Stripe. After a transaction is completed, all approved lessons should take place.

Changing lessons

Both the client and school/coach have the right to request a time change. The change request must be sent with the requested time. The requested changes must be responded to within seven days. The change request will be dismissed if not accepted within seven days or 24 hours before the lesson and the original time will be followed.

Canceling lessons

Both the client and school/coach have the right to cancel a lesson before the starting time. In order to cancel a lesson, a "Cancel lesson" notice must be sent. After sending the notice the lesson will be canceled immediately. Lessons canceled by the client less than 72 hours before the lesson starts will be charged in full to the client. Lessons canceled more than 72 hours before the lesson starts will not be charged except the service charge.

Canceling bundles

Both the client and the school/coach have the right to cancel a bundle before the beginning of the first lesson. In order to cancel a bundle, a "Cancel bundle" notification must be sent, after which the bundle will be canceled immediately. Lessons starting more than 72 hours after the notice will be refunded excluding the service charge to the client, lessons starting within 72 hours after the cancellation will be charged in full if the request was initiated by the client.

Completing lessons

At the time the lesson is scheduled to finish, the client will receive a notification promoting him to confirm the lesson on the website. Once confirmation is received, payment to the school/coach will be initiated. If no confirmation is received, payment will be automatically initiated after seven days.

Reporting lessons

Problems with lessons can be reported by either the client or the school/coach by sending a “report lesson” request within five days after the lesson. At this time lesson will move to “moderating” state and the moderator will process it within five days. Incomplete lessons found to be the fault of the school/coach or weather conditions will be refunded to the client. Incomplete lessons found to be the fault of the client will be charged in full.

Reporting bundles

Problems with bundles can be reported by the client by sending a “report bundle” request. The request can be sent at any time starting from the beginning of the first lesson in the bundle until five days after the last lesson in the bundle . At this time the whole bundle will move to the “moderating” state and all scheduled lessons withing the bundle will be suspended. The moderator will process the request within two days. Incomplete bundles found to be the fault of the school/coach or weather conditions will be refunded to the client. Incomplete bundles found to be the fault of the client will be charged in full.

Automatic renewal of programs

Expiring programs will be automatically renewed before seven days of their expire date.

Instant booking

Schools/coaches are allowed to enable instant booking for their programs/camps. In this case clients are approved without school's/coach's confirmation and lessons/camps are scheduled immediately after the client's payment.

Booking flight tickets and accommodation

Users are able to book flights and accommodation on the website. This service is provided by our partners – jetradar.com and booking.com. All further actions such as cancellation, changing flights or accommodation must be handled on the partner websites.

Service deductions

The website has a 15%(partner service charge might be lower) interest in every successful purchase made on the website. Transaction processing fee(about 3.4%) is deducted from a school's/coach's earnings.

Thrilio can provide a lower service charge for some users, but remains the right to withdraw this lower service chrage if the account was inactive during the last six months.

Money withdrawal

A school/coach can withdraw money in an amount not less than $100. In order to do so he must send a “money withdrawal” request providing his PayPal account or bank account. The transfer will be initiated within five days. The cost of the transfer will be deducted from user's earnings.

Money refund

Every refund is processed by the moderator within five days. After processing the request, the refund will be initiated.

Extra services

Instructors can provide extra services(such as rental equipment) for their programs and camps. The price of a service is listed per person. The services must be booked at the time of lesson/camp booking and can be changed by contacting our support team at support@thrilio.com

Program discounts

The website gives a 4% discount of the total price for multiply lessons if they are booked at one time. The discount applies only to the lessons exceeding the minimum number of lessons required by the school's/coach's program. Schools/coaches can provide discounts for groups, this discount is set by the coach and applies only to participants exceeding the minimum number required by the school/coach.

Referral program

Clients and schools/coaches can participate in referral program on the website. Every user has a unique referral code which can be used at sign up by new users. The referee receives his $5 credit bonus immediately upon sign up. The referrer will receive a 5$ credit bonus after the referee completes his/her first lesson or camp.

Spending credit bonuses

A credit bonuses may not account for more than 15% of the single transaction. Schools/coaches may withdraw credit bonuses in amount not exceeding 15% of the total transaction.

Points and levels

By signing up every user agrees to participate in level program on the website. The level and points requirements are set by the service and can be changed at any time. Users can earn extra points by sharing our website on social networks, liking our page etc. The list of actions awarding points is set by the service and can be changed at any time. Users receive a credit bonus at every level up, the amount of the bonus is calculated based on the total amount spent/earned on the website. The maximum bonus cannot exceed 10 dollars per level up and cannot be less than 2 dollars. Thrilio may deduct points for some destructive activities on the website such as lesson or camp cancellation.

Account suspension

The website has the right to suspend any account for any reason. The suspended account will be contacted via email by our support team.

Verifying Facebook account

Facebook accounts are limited only to one Thrilio account. Users are not allowed to create multiply accounts on Thrilio

Tours

Thrilio provides pre-set tours including lessons, flights, accommodation. The service is not responsible for transfers between hotel and airport nor other transfers.

Your content

By submitting user content to Thrilio, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, or publicly display your user content in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so.
You agree that you have the right to submit anything you post, and that your user content does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary right of any other party.

We don’t endorse user content

We take no responsibility for, we do not expressly or implicitly endorse, and we do not assume any liability for any user content submitted by you to Thrilio.

Thrilio is a place with many third-party hyperlinks posted by users like you. We are not responsible for the content or actions of any third party websites or services associated with posted links. Affiliate program

Thrilio provides an affiliate program to everybody who would like to participate in it. Partner's link contains a marker, a unique id of the partner. This marker is saved in browser's local storage for seven days. If during these 60 days the client makes a purchase on the website, this purchase will be associated with the partner. The commission is 60% of the service charge of Thrilio. This commission will be transferred to the partner's account right after successful payment lessons on behalf of the client.

Changes in terms of service

These terms can be changed at any time without notice.
